The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, with the metro station just a few steps away and a bustling market nearby. It was also within easy walking distance to all the main sights. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, providing us with great recommendations.

The room cleaning was not up to par as we found our room door left open for many hours after they finished, which was a security concern. the shower did not have a proper place to stand straight, which was inconvenient.

Chose this hotel based on price and location, and was not disappointed. Location could not be more perfect, just steps away from shopping on one side and sights on the other. Hotel sits on a quiet street with a few nice and reasonable priced restaurants/bars in the neighbourhood.

No personal safe in the room, but valuables could be held in the hotel safe.

Everything was very good, the room was very convenient, comfortable and picturesque under the roof. The entire hotel was excellent.The staff was very helpful and polite.

Only few things about cleaning.

The staff at the front desk, especially Ivana and Marek, were professional and helpful. Conveniently located in the city center, close to Prague's main train station. Good breakfast and dinner options at the hotel. Easy transportation to and from the airport.

Hotel staff was very helpfull, keen to oblige. I found their mannerism proffessional and mature. Accommodation very good, lovely room. And of course location superb.

Possibly one of the best locations to visit the old town in Prague. Quiet street but very central. Clean and comfortable. I will recommend it.

Room was not perfect as regards cleaning

This top-floor room boasts stunning city views, ample space, and a cozy atmosphere. Conveniently located close to popular attractions, shops, and restaurants, with easy access to the metro. Staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. A great base for exploring the city.

1. The personnel ignores conditions declared at room reservation by clients 2. Cost and a class of numbers does not represent the facts (in number of De Lux cannot be partitioned off beams of a roof which allow to stand to the utmost only in two places opposite to window apertures. 4. Bathrooms do not correspond to comfort of number a class of De Lux and four star hotels.

Good service, room really big and clean.

The hotel's location in the center of old town was incredibly convenient for us as tourists. We were able to easily walk to most of the local attractions and had the luxury of taking a break in the hotel whenever we needed to. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was noteworthy, and the staff were polite and friendly.

The location is a true asset, including on-site parking facilities that you can book in advance, with extremely efficient valet services. The staff are really helpful and smiling. The buffet breakfast was varied and satisfying (with the nice pea soup, and crepes on Saturday, though none on Sunday...).

The air conditioning did not work and the street noise coming through the open window made it difficult to sleep, particularly on Friday night.
